Our coaching is crafted to provide you with a personalized journey towards your goals and full transformation.
How it works:
- Begin with an initial 90-minute coaching session, where we assess your unique needs by reviewing your health history, eating habits and blood work. (Don't worry, this is a judgement free zone! We are here to help!)
- Weekly or Monthly Calls: Create and execute a plan of action to ensure that your efforts bring the greatest returns. We prioritize accountability, progress tracking, and reflective feedback to ensure a holistic coaching experience. (weekly or monthly calls is based on membership or package purchased)
- Nutrition, Fitness, Supplement Protocols, Spiritual Support & Education: Eat your favorite foods with your custom meal plan and tailored supplementation protocol, macro ratios, and more. Also, receive guidance to connect with God more and learn how heal your body and soul from the inside out by using the Keys to Freedom workbook to guide you through inner healing.
- Holistic Habit Strategies: Build discipline and habits that you can rely on when motivation is low, instead of quick fixes. Building your habit will ensure you don't have to diet again.
- Enjoy unlimited email and text support between sessions and access curated resource materials to enhance your learning.
- Community Support: Enjoy access to Coach Eve's growing community where you get weekly trainings and support from other women just like you.
